Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.


Shipment processing time

You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order that will state the shipping method you chose. Once your items have been packed we will send you an email to let you know your order is safely on its way.
Majority of our items are shipped with tracking. In this case you will have received an email with the tracking code and link.
Remember to check all your email folders, including Junk.

All non personalized in stock orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

We have added shipping times below so that you have an idea of when to expect the postman.
If the free shipping or standard shipping was selected the estimated time is between 9 - 11 business days from dispatch.

If express shipping was selected delivery times are estimated to be up to 3 business days from dispatch.

If a few extra days have passed and your order has not arrived, it’s worth checking with your local post office. I know they say an attempt was made but "missed delivery" cards have been known to go missing, so, it could turn out that your parcel’s been waiting for you all along.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.


Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Personalisation Timeframes

Some of our products take longer to personalise than others. In the description of the item it will have the approximate make time listed. *please note this is only an approximation, during Easter period, Christmas period it may take longer.


There is nothing worse than patiently waiting for an item to be delivered only to find it has been damaged!

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Baby Willows Dressing Room is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
